Welcome to the minostaron.

The Dupe is a good river but I wouldn't overlook the Fox. If you look above the banner your find a search button.

I wouldn't try a search on the the fox river just go into the forum and just start reading.

Tons of info.

You would be better served talking to Ken G at Waterdog, he guides but is always willing to share information with folks that are interested in the Fox. Click his banner on the top of the Fox borad.

I also PM'd you his office number and address. If you stop by the office make sure you bring a pad to take notes. He has a young man by the name of Brandyn that works there also, he can give you a ton of good ifo too.

You can also take part in Ken's class that is coming up. You'll get a wealth of info and meet some fellow anglers.

Welcome to the site Minostaron. With you living in Willowbrook, you might want to try Salt Creek. You can fish it right around the Brookfield Zoo.

Minostaron,

Here is a good website that shows the Des Plaines, DuPage, Fox, Salt, and Chicago rivers on a map. Also breaks down where you can park, enter or drop a canoe in. Also, check out the Illinois DNR website, Forest Preserve district of Cook, Will and DuPage Counties.
