Got out carp fishing three times this past week on 10/20, 10/22. and 10/25. The 20th was a pretty slow day, only got two and they were small, one about three pounds and the other about five pounds. The 22nd was a much better day, I got three carp at 10.5lbs, 7.6lbs, and 6.5lbs. Today was also a really good day, despite there being a lot of boats going up and down the canal. First one of the day was 9.1lbs, then got one at 6.3lbs, one around 5lbs (no picture) and the last one was 7.4lbs. It seems they all bite between 10:00AM and 11:00AM. There's basically an hour where the fish keep you really busy and then the bite all of a sudden stops.

No, however I've seen some monster carp swimming around in those quarries and in the I and M
