Well one thing is for sure
THINGS ARE GOING TO CHANGE
fishing changes every year
weather changes
economy changes
Companies and products change
Not always for the best

Its refreshing to see things change for the better
some cool stuff cannon has done with their riggers is easily viewed as better
WHAT KIND OF NUT TAKES APART A BRAND NEW RIGGER TO SEE WHATS INSIDE??
WELL SEA FOOD IS ALWAYS GOING TO BE CHEAPER AT THE SUPERMARKET SEA FOOD DEPARTMENT
BUT NOT NEARLY AS FUN TO CATCH

new frame nice rod holder wire and switch moved to the bottom protected
Image

new spool and cover easily removable in case you bird nest your rigger cable also allows you to install a emergency crank in case of electrical failure

now lets tech talk whats inside here
we have a modular design plug and play components no more grease flying around circuit boards better stronger robust circuit boards and relays power cord easy to change a nice o ring seal (NO MORE SILICONE)
THIS IS SOME THING THAT ABOUT ANY ONE WITH A LITTLE MECHANICAL APTITUDE CAN FIX THEM SELFS AT HOME NO MORE WAITING FOR A SERVICE CENTER TO FIX YOUR STUFF IN THE MIDDLE OF FISHING SEASON
I might just have to start stocking and selling cannons again with a couple parts in stock should eliminate all the reasons i got away from them in the past
can any one stop by and help me put this one back together LOL
could not help myself had to take it apart to see what inside
got some old ones off my boat for sale by the way these look like it time for a upgrade

The ones in this post are the
Mag 10 stx
these are 550.00 ea

the new electrics range from
320 ea for the mag 5 ST

to the top of the line digi trolls tournament series 1500 ea

There ia a nice variety of features to fit a guys budget. Not many of us really need or could use all the features of the $1500 a piece rigger

There is a $100 discount per pair on any boat sporting the calumet marine fishing team logo

There is already a back log of orders so it may be a while before we see these out on the water in any big numbers
any one serious about a pair of these made in america riggers probably should order soon they are filling orders first in first out
we have a couple on order but they are spoken for
we will be keeping at least one in the show room for guys to check out
I hope to have the first unsold pair on my boat by mid march
Give us a call if you want a set these on order Certainly look's to be a big leap foreword for the cannon rigger business
