Was doing a google search and came across this. I figured if they are there in the spring, they are close in the fall. Worth a look or quick roadtrip. Need to check the laws first though. May be out of season.

I am thinking a nice black and silver deep husky jerk tossed from shore. Or maybe an old cork F11 in black with a split shot up top, and an oval ring. Or a renosky with the first hooks out.

Found the fishing report for the week. 3 fish all over 15 inches. About 150 miles from me. Easy day trip.

Oneida Lake
Walleye action continues to be good for anglers casting stickbaits from shore after dark. Black & silver, blue & silver and chartreuse have been good colors. Some yellow perch are being taken on fathead minnows.
