Thanks Travis for this report.

I find it appalling that R&Y Recycling slogan was "making the world cleaner".

Not sure who all knew about this(employee and ceo wise) so I guess I need to wait to hear all the story before point the blame.

I hate to say it but trust no one.

I don't like the fines being $200 I hope there is more to this than that. Shutting down the plant is a good start. I just hate seeing people not have a job from the fault of a CEO.

Wait a minute, do I understand this right??? If they pay the $200. In fines, they just walk away????? No jail time for the killing of all that wildlife illegally?? :cuss I pay alot more than that to get rid of my garbage. Ugh!

The wording in the "paper" could be poor. It says $200 in tickets. It seems unclear what other fines might be in process. I think they are paying for the clean up as well.

Those fines were just code enforcement fines.

IDNR is waiting for test results and then I am sure they will put together some hefty fines.
