Went to Hickory Creek at Piltcher Park this morning the creek was fast& muddy.
I caught 6 Rock bass and about an 18" smallmouth.The fish were caught on a 3" Berkley minnow,
The smallmouth was caught on it's bed it took a few tries but it finally bit
saw a few more beds but no fish were on them would have spotted a few more but the water was too stained
Oh yeah, seemed to be more weeds than usual

Hey Tom, I drove by there again yesterday, saw that it looked a little murky, compared to last week, before the rain. Don't think I'll be hittin it, or the pond for that matter till Monday. Got alot of junk goin on. Tanks for the report & congrats on the sweet feesh !

The fish was released quickly saw it go back on its bed.
