Marc,
I am confident that it's not your website or the website hosting. It's probably being blocked in his local software. I will not be surprised if he reports back that he can get to the website just fine from his laptop on the same network. That's the best first step he can take to narrow it down.

Port 80 is what web servers listen to for incoming connections. ie. you try to connect to chitown-angler.com your computer sends out a request to the address that hosts the website. This host is listening on port 80 for that connection. You are able to get to other websites right? and NO port 80 should only be open on your local system if you are hosting a website not going to one.
