My computer has the dreaded aggressive bogus AV program XP Internet Security 2011 program and I can't figure out how to get rid of it. All .exe files are blocked so I can't even run an Av/malware program. Can someone help or recommend someone, preferable up north my way? Off work Monday and Tuesday, Working nights tonite and tomorrow nite.

The free version of Malware-bytes normally can take care of these issues. You can find it with a google search.
