Just a little East of the Port of Indiana (water intake?). If you go on google mas satellite view you'll see it.

Yes. My Dad used to keep his boat at Lefty's in the Ditch when I was a kid. That's what we called the Doughnut.

Hey perch chaser, two different things, you're referring to the plankton amount in lake Michigan, they are talking about a physical rock ring and I believe a grated intake.
