Anyone know if fishing this would be any good? looking at launching my kayak off of 145th and going down stream to the river. I have never fished this but had thought obout it and may try it Sunday.

Well I got skunked in the creek until right before the river, got 2 small LMB on a white jig and minnow in 2 casts and then!!!!.........NOTHING! 4 hours , 2 fish = still better than work!

You still have to love the searching......always makes for an adventure. At least you caught some.

I once went on an ice fishing search with high hope of finding a hot spot, only to end up drilling 1' of water with no fish to be found. Never went back, but always continued my search for great water. It's what dreams are for.

Agree 100%, wsj....the search is a major factor in the joy of fishing. The first time down uncharted (for me, anyways) waters; something to remember.
