If anyone is interested the K3 derby starts Friday. Tagged fish released into river today .

Went over the river in Wilmington yesterday. Water was ripping along and dirty. An inch of rain in Indiana last night will put the K3 close to flood...so be careful.for sure.

What do rains like these mean for future seasons and/or the late season fishing?

Have you K3 vets noticed any pros/cons? The lack of fishing pressure has to be a good thing - yes/no?

We went on on a pontoon ride from my buddies place on the des plaines to the k3 on the fourth and it was just opened up for boat traffic again.We were amazed to see how many boat lifts were pulled out onto shore.The water was like chocolate milk.
