Guys/Gals,
Long time and no post, thing they call work has kept me travelling and on my toes. Pulled boat out of storage and knock on wood this makes 8 consecutive years where first turn of the merc 225 key has started! I put in at the I-90 stretch of river and beat the living daylights out of it from 7am - 11 without a bite and normal haunts said too high fast and muddy. packed er up and decided to try one more stretch when all he%%^$ broke loose. Never really stopped catching them but elbow got sore, took 10 pics but got a little redundant. here is 5 of them. it was a great day, have had 50 plus smallie days but this ranks high as the location was different.

Nice smallies Huey...
Took mine out and put in the water for the first time on Sun, up at Pierce lake at Rock Cut in Rockford, was a gorgeous morning, a few decent bass, no muskie seen, decided to get off water by 1:30 when all the canoes, kayaks and paddle boats started filling up the place...
Still getting the boat out for the first time and having everything run & work right makes the day sooo much better...

Thanks guys. T-Bo, just a 1/16 oz red or orange jig head with extra large fathead. Thru cranks and twister tails to no avail earlier that day.
