The water temperature was 60 degrees this morning. The river is well on its way back to normal at 2,520 cubic feet per second. ( http://waterdata.usgs.gov/il/nwis/uv?05551540 ) Normal wadable levels are around 1,000 cfs.

The large and extra-large fatheads have been the big sellers lately. We have had reports today that the smallies are biting in the Geneva area.

Happy Mother's Day to all the Moms out there!

Good luck!

It is somewhat wadeable at this time, as I was out Friday evening. Still hard to get to some spots, so be careful. On another note, I don't believe it is going down anytime soon, with all the rain we are getting today.
