Speaking for the Fire and Rescue community it would be very difficult to rescue you if slipped and fell (wading or fishing from the bank). Unfortunately, depending where your wading, you would get to a dam before we would get a chance to deploy a boat with the current running as fast as it is. Maybe waiting until the current is under 2000 cfm is better for wading. That NOAA site is good info. Please be careful if you do go out and here's wishing you tight lines. Mark

No way, fish from shore only, or whatever shore is left exposed. It will take a while for the river to come down, especially considering that more rain is on its way. I may be left to fishing creeks till May. :shock:

Hit up some ponds for Grennies, and been catching some, but the river is where I want to be.
