Howdy,
I've got a couple hours free tomorrow afternoon. Things seem to be happening on the West Branch, but I'd like to find some bigger water if possible to work out my new 6wt. If you had the afternoon off, which would ya'll choose?
Thanks, and tight lines all around.

I'd personally go with the Fox with the water as low as it is. Not to say that you can't get fish on the Dupe right now. I just think you'll have more options on the bigger river.

I agree that if you want your best chance to catch fish, the Fox will give you more opportunities.

I hit the fox last sunday, water was LOW and surprisingly dirty. One medium sized smallie that fought like an 18"er. I'd try the fox, personally. If it was that low i can only imagine the dupage

If it is like the Duper, it is the seeding of the aquatic weeds. The water surface of the Duper is a mat of tiny green seeds. They stick to the line and the lure. Maybe this weekend's rain will hopefully be plentiful and flush the garbage downstream.
