Went to Navy Pier from 8 AM to 1 PM. Kept 10 fish between 9" an 11".
As you can see, plenty of perch around, with two surprise visits from what appear to be to be a trout (at 47 seconds) and another one at the end of the first clip.
Most fish caught on cut bait, also tried 3" gulp minnow, shrimp and a small Swedish pimple just to see how the fish react.

I've wanted to bring out my GoPro and just see how many fish are down there! I think at the end of the first clip is a diving bird, just by the cloud of dirt it kicks up. I'm watching on my phone tho, so could have missed the visual... either way, cool videos!

Thanks for sharing-noticed how the fish pecked at the swivels or hardware!

No, it is a fish for sure, and it look identical with the first one, but it was swimming closer to the bottom, that's why it was stirring up the dirt. I did a little editing of the footage.

First one:

and second one:

I found two more fish chasing the perch away, at the beginning and end of the next clip:

Interesting video that provides a new hope! They are so lackadaisical with a food morsel dangling in front of them makes me believe they are well fed. I guess the mussels are not getting all the small fry food and there is some small fry for the perch to feed on.

I got a kick out of them hitting the swivels and terminal tackle.
