The Musky show is a great show, BUT, its way too crowded. They need a bigger venue to hold it in. Would be nice if they moved it to the Schaumburg Convention center. As for the Rosemont show, I don't need my glasses cleaned, I don't need a new ladder, or dog biscuts, so, I won't be going to that one.

Some other great shows to goto are the madison fishing show(best fishing show around), Milwaukee Journal Sentinal Outdoor show(blows ours out of the water) and the Milwaukee musky show. State Fair park hosts the last two shows and the madison show is 5 minutes from 90/94 and easy to get to.

Why is it?
All of these fishing and outdoors shows are scheduled during the ice fishing season when not a single one of us can attend because we're always out fishing?
Never have understood that.

Has anyone heard if they are having the fishing gear swap meet at the Joliet VFW or Legion on Larken and I-80 this year?

It is usually in early March if I recall.
