Got out today in the heat,fishing action was slow.Hooked two got one to the boat.

Caught this one on a 10 inch power worm,had another on a frog in the pads,came unbuttoned at the boat.All the usual spots weren't holding any,had to fish deep,and just keep trying.Missed him on the initial cast,thankfully it hit again on the next toss.Very slow day,can't wait for fall.

I'd guess around 6 ish. Heck of a nice catch and job well done!

Thanks for your replies.I really don't know how much it weighed,it measured 19 inches and was thick.I'd say it was pushing 5 lbs maybe?If Roland Martin caught it ,might of went 7 lbs :D
