I have been wanting to get down there myself but the wife's honey to do list just seems to keep growing. I know some musky have been caught and the guy at fishing connection said sometimes you can get some big crappie and even some eyes. Good luck and I would like to hear your report when you get back.

It has been years since I fished Shelbyville spill way. Is the spillway the dam in town? I also remember the water moving quickly when the dam was open and nice and calm when closed. Any comment of the way it is now and what to use for those crappie. I have great memories of Lake Shelbyville as a child.
