My fishing buddy and I are trying to find a downstate fishing club/tourney system to join. Anyone have a suggestion for a couple moderate fishermen. He has a boat and we wanted to get in one that would allow us to fish together because I am a "no boater". The Illini Team Trail looks good but they only fish Shelbyville. We don't wanna travel the whole state but some variety would be cool. We are both in the Kankakee area. Info/advice or your own experiences would be helpfull, thanks in advance.

I think we are going to try the Illini Team Trail. They have a fishing expo downstate on the 27th the Team Trail hosts. We will be there to check it out and get signed up. Thanks for the help.

www.anglers-dream.com division 14 river isle momence.....first tourney is march 27th and it's an open usually have anywhere from 10 - 17 boats with a healthy payout.... would love to see ya there
