Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fish this lake around this time? I dont care what we catch. Would trolling still work for white bass? How about catching some eyes? Only going for the weekend and fishing one day. Thanks for any help.

Heard they were getting a lot white bass below the dam- send Esox Tracker a pm. He keeps up on all the northern lake and Castle Rock is one.

Was up last weekend . I did not fish, but i can share this . Both dams were wide open and very high water. The shore below Petenwell everyone was catching white bass on river rigs and minnows. Boat control was tough.Hope this helps, please give a report when you return. Also check fishing report on chitown-angler.com
