i tried belly deep slough the last couple days and caught 2 very small bullheads and 3 very small crappie. are theyre any good bass in there and if theyre are what side of it would they be on and what lures usually work?

Belly Deep Slough has been a puddle full of nuthin' since I was a kid......I'm gonna be 64 in Aug.
Because it is so accessable it draws a lot of pressure. i wish they had a counter of hours that have been put in there with no fish caught. When I was a late teen, it used to be a great place to go and make out with you gal 'till the FPD ran you out.
