Hit the slough early managed 11 nice crappie between 3 guys and a 1 1/4 pound lm.All fish released for another day,fished around north side not far from boat dock in about 15 in.of water.All fish caught on small crappie minnows under a float.

I was out there today and managed 14 crappie in the 8 to 10.5 inch range. Lost a pike too. Saw a couple others catch pike too. This warmer weather should help the fishing out there.

hmmmmm think i might get the boat out there and give those pike a try,hope the wind takes the weekend off.
