I just read an article in Midwest OUtdoors by Phil Piscitello. He talks about early walleye and crappie fishing. He lists a bunch of different spots on the chain by name. Only problem I looked at a Hot Spots map and these nick names are not there. A few are, but not many. I do know of some, like Trevor creek, Dead end channel, the T channel and a few others. My question is this. Is there some where to go to see all the names and their places on the map.

There's a bunch of dead end channels and t channels. That being said I do hear about the "T channel " in early ice. I believe it's somewhere by Nielsons channel but I may be wrong. As far as the dead end channel, I have personally caught crappie in 6 different dead end channels when I think about it.

T channel is by Famous Freddies off Rte. 12. Think dead end channel is somewhere on the north side of fox Lake. Ackermans channels are the channels by Port of Blarney and east of there, no public access just by boat, used to be one of the premier ice fishing areas on the chain. If you get there, there is still some good fishing there.

What about Dead End point on Marie, and Lake Avenue point. On Fox, Lippincott point, the Clam beds. On Channel, where is Robbies channel, L channel, lake street channel and Pontoon ally. I have heard more, but these come to mind first.
