yeah, I'm curious where we are on the walleye spawn....are we keeping a constant 40+? I imagine the lower lakes are heating first....

Any reports out there?

41-42 on the main lakes- as high as 46 in the channels as of the sunshine yesterday. The nights are still cool and taking heat out but the days are warming it up a bit- especially when there's sun.

We fished Spring on Thursday from noon to 4PM and the water was only 39 and there was predicatably- nothing there. However a couple buds hit some of the channels later day yesterday and got some crappie and gills in 1-2' of water where the temps were mid 40's.

Will post more as I'm able and can verify.

There's gotta be some eye's up in those channels with those temps....

I saw 42 to 44 on the north river and the inlet to grass lake.
