We where out last weekend and show some guys taking some smaller male crappie on small jigs tipped with minnow and a float. I'm going to be out tomorrow on the chain to,I'm in an older Tracker Tournament Tx Bass boat I'm gonna put in about noon so the water is a little warmer in the back bays. Last week the water temps were between 42 and 45. JD says the fish start to turn on at about 50 so i hope these couple of warmer days will help. The water levels are still pretty high so we'll see how things go let me know how you do.
