Hey Everybody-

Fished on Wednesday as part of an upcoming Midwest Outdoors broadcast. We had 4 boats and split up along the lakes looking for pannies and toothy fish. Yours truly did the toothy fish part. No fish caught but I raised 5 fish during the day including 3 dandy fish, two on Channel, one on Marie, with the fish on Marie being the best I guessed at about 45-47". Just too nice a day to catch those ski's is all- totally flat and completely sunny. Good day to be filming but tough day to catch 'em. The panfish guys did okay down south- got some crappie and perch and bluegills at Ackerman's Channels in Fox Lake, down in Pistakee and near Nippersink. I worked the 5 north lakes- water temps are 63-64 up there and still very clear. Have a good weekend all. Happy Memorial Day.

May I ask what you were using when you raised the fish?

Check your PM's about the Weagle.

Hey Todd,
What color bucktails do you use in the clearer waters of Catherine and Channel. I usually prefer to stick with the darker colors like silver/black, gold/black. Just curious what your prefernce is. Thanks.
