Headed up to Antioch to try for some backwater/channel crappies. Got there around 4. 2 in the first hour. Then the storm rolled in and someone rang the dinner bell. Caught them non stop during the storm. Once the rain stopped, the fish stopped. Fished a very popular area and was surprised to be the only one.

Kept 19 between 10-12”.

Small fathead anywhere from 12-18” under a float.

One surprise was that usually they are tight to cover. Today I was getting them out in the middle of the channel.

That's always a fun time, now it's your turn for ringing that dinner bell.
