Great picture with the head coming out of the water. Were you on the open water or in a harbor?

Very nice fish, glad you had success on the first time out for a bit.

What a great pic. I love the fish pictures, don't get me wrong. But this picture separates the men from the boys.

That is just sick.

I thought I was nuts for wanting to get my boat out there next week. Now I know I am not crazy, I'm just unoriginal. :|

I wonder if Underarmor makes a insulated lifevest?

After spending 7 hours to catch 5 blugills on sunday I think I'll put the auger away for the season and get my spinning rods ready
(after the blades get a touch up from Fran).

Awesome stuff kayakangler!

Are you just running flatlines off the back of your yak, or do you have those cranks on planers/dipseys?

I am very impressed with your ability to fish the harbor this time of the year, 99.9% of the guys here wouldn't even try it!

Are you wearing a wet suit or a dry suit?

twade,

In the pro angler I dont need to wear a wet or dry suit especially if Im just staying in the harbor. The boat is almost impossible to flip and I dont get wet at all while fishing. I can even walk right onto it from shore so my feet dont even get wet getting in or out of it.

Really? Wwhat happens if you accidentally fall out or get wet? Do you have a preference of outfitting for that situation? It is something I am personally concerned about and I am looking into this for myself, hence why I ask.

In this boat im not really afraid of falling in, the stability is more like being in an actual boat rather than a kayak. If i were in my old yak or anything other I would be wearing my breathable waders with a belt and a water tight jacket.
