Towing a big fin like that in would require floating it and towing it behind you. Guess that's what the big orange buoy is for in the picture.

How the heck are ya Andre?! Where ya been? I have actually considered hitting Burnham before the ice takes hold. Could be a few fillets to be had.... :twisted:

Hi Ed,

I've been good dude. Thanks for asking. Busy. My Fall work schedule kept me out of town a lot, so I've hardly had any chances to get out. I basically missed the Fall Salmon run entirely. Bummed me out.

But I'm in Chi-town for a stretch now through the Xmas Holiday, so I'm gonna try to see if I can track down some browns at Kenosha, or Perch at Navy Pier - or something... anything.

Hope you're doing well and had a great T-day. I'll keep you posted if I encounter any action in any of the downtown harbors.

Once they arrive, I've wondered about chasing the perch at Burnham via kayak. A guy could almost have the whole place to himself... :vevil

If you don't mind the company, keep me in the loop. I may drop my boat in and scoot around the harbor also.
