Can't help you out on the three canoes, as I have only done one, but if you don't get an answer here, go to canoecountry.com forum for the answer. The people on that board are a wealth of information.

What part of Quetico are you heading to?

- I own smoker Craft canoe , Great Indiana made boat ... Super quality Alluminum ,, almost brand new .

16 feet lenght , with a motor transom ,

I installed it on my Honda civic ,,, believe it or not ,, I saw 2 Chinese guys do the same thing ,with their 16 foot canoe , in Blakwell forest preserve for inland trout outing ..
