Well I picked up my bird yesterday from Joe Cochran at Natures Image. This is a special bird to me as it was my first wild bird on my first hunt with Fishn/thusiast and my nephew when he was in on leave from Afganistan from the Army so not only is it beutiful is has significant meaning to me. Joe said he'd not seen a pheasant like this one before cause it has a small white patch under its eye and that also makes it unique! As usual I think Joe did a great job for me!It'll be around for a long time and will provide me with great memories for years to come!

That is a great story behind that bird.

The mount is terrific. I love that In-Flight look.

Thank you for sharing.

In a word... Awesome! That was a special hunt and now you'll have something to remind you of it for a long, long, time. Also, I agree with Michigander - That bird in flight mount is stunning. Way to go!!!
