The Department of Natural Resources DID NOT send out watercraft renewal notices this year. It is your responsibility to make sure that your watercraft registration is current.

****The On line Renewal system is now available as of April 30, 2013****

They are also month behind in processing the registrations - I sent mine in February and they expect to have it mailed sometime in mid-June. Keep a copy of your application form and the DNR/Coast Guard will accept that while you wait for the updated stickers (Confirmed by DNR)

Wow, so glad I saw this. Kinda BS. You expect to get notified and without stumbling across this thread I would have probably put in my renewal very late.

This currently does not apply to trailers as I just got my renewal in the mail.

Thanks guys.

Trailer is handled by a different department-motor vehicle I believe, anywho- I did get renewal forms for both my trailers from the state, same as you get for car plate renewal. Yes boat sticker came in mail yesterday about 12 days was a nice surprise.
