Fished from about 5pm to 6pm. Used a deep runner Rapala. Caught 3 fish total.

You should give that area a try . The only reason I fish where I do is that it is right across the street from my work. I'm sure you can catch them up and down the river. I'd love to see a few guys out there at different locations. It would be great have a network of guys to see whats working, where at, etc.

I haven't been able to find a place where i could easily get access to the river. Everything seems blocked off. If you have any suggestions, I am all ears.

Looks like you've been doing pretty good down there. I work right down Lasalle but never seem to have enough time to get over there. We used to fish a little closer to the lake and do pretty good. I don't know if you've seen the "Fishing Limits" on Vs with Mike Ichanotspellit. He hits that area right there by Lasalle pretty good and nails some good smallies. I think he was doing fairly well with a jig off the Pilons. I want to try closer to the Sun Times building just west of Merchandise mart and hit that point where the river splits. Looks like a good point. Good luck!

Maybe between Wells & Franklin. I'm guessing that is about a 5 to 8 min walk from around Union Station. I did not know that there was not any access near your part of the river (Near Union Station).

I think I found a place by "river city" condo's. I will try and get out next week and catch something.
