Anybody have first hand knowledge of 95th st. Launch. I am assuming its closed. I was there Wednesday and it was like the county fair with a free beer tent. The fish are there. Water was a little chalky. Couple days of good wind. It should clean up.
Thanks in advance

Had a feeling this would/may go on longer .

https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/politics ... spartandhp

REMEMBER THEY ARE GIVING FINES IF YOU BREAK quarantine AREAS .
I , myself am staying home till the water temp. gets better then will call FIRST to find out if the place I wish to launch from is open .
Also remember there are a lot less boats out and I have no idea the response time of the Coast Guard would be , so if you have a problem , there maybe very little help .
I know you all are indestructible , just remember stuff happens and The Lake , She don't Forgive .

So be careful .

Hmmm, with that thought, I was thinking of running to Lake Erie this weekend. Waves a foot or less, and there jumping in the boat. Anybody have any recent experience with out of state plates at an Ohio Boat Launch.....

At this point I believe it’s mind your own business while obeying social distancing and other guidelines. I put 1200 miles on last week while entering 3 different states and never came in contact with another person. Pay at the pump, pee where (use your imagination), slept at a 2 different camp grounds and packed food and camp stove.

I think we need to comply with the obvious threat of the virus but not let it define us.

Got the starter ordered { paid the next day delivery charge } , as well as 1500 yds of 50 pound test stealth blue camo braid spiderwire { no spooling me this year } a nice selection of KB spoons . { 50 % off sale at https://www.yellowbirdproducts.com/ , promo code KB 50 } that rounds out my spoon selection for the year , had plenty of 4 1/2 inchers and needed some 2 1/2 and 3 1/2 ones . New Battery charger and fuel filters .
Am shooting to get out Saturday or Sunday . Waukegan . Be safe , enjoy and be grateful for what we have and can still do .
Karen says she misses fishing the Chicago lite area .
