Well, it looks like I will be heading to Whidbey Island WA at the end of the summer. I was doing some research fishing Puget Sound and ran into this video and thought I would share.... Is it spring yet???? I want to get out on my boat...

If You get down to the Columbia that is where I'm at. end of summer can be good with a chance to get a 30lbs chinook.

Good luck with your impending move Mark I hope all is well with you and the Mrs. Thanks again for your service to this great nation .We hosted two sailors from Great Lakes for thanksgiving and it was a lot of fun !

Whidbey and the Puget Sound Area is incredible. I was stationed at Bangor for 8 years and had a blast when not at sea. I used to hit Whidbey every June to play in the Naval Golf Tournament they hosted. Good Luck, there is a lot to see and do up there, oh and it rains some up there too.
