Did NOAA move the page for the marine report beyond 5nm offshore wave report? when I click on the report says not found.

I did a little backtracking on the link from here and found they changed the HTML file
The new link is

This link is for the near shore forecast.

Going through the list of files I don't see an offshore forecast.

I usually get the forecast for offshore from the 45007 buoy site.

I think a year or so ago the NWS moved the forecast from the Chicago to Milwaukee offices.
